The "All Voices at the Table" campaign seeks to ensure that the next Governor of Washington appoints a transition team and cabinet that mirrors the state's rich diversity. We call on the next Governor to:

Ensure that Black, Indigenous, South Asian, API, Native Hawaiian, and Latino/a/é Washingtonians make up at least 50% of each cabinet.
Include representatives from the state’s five poorest zip codes and counties and the five most racially diverse zip codes in each cabinet.
Explicitly recruit cabinet members from historically marginalized communities, such as people with disabilities, the LGBTQIA community, women and gender non-conforming people, young people, veterans, and low-wage workers.

This initiative addresses the immediate need for inclusivity in leadership and sets a precedent for governance that values and prioritizes equity, diversity, and inclusion.
